40 Hour Work Week
Reporting to the Manager, Facility Engineering Services, the Facility Systems Coordinator will oversee the building maintenance and management program and the related facilities technologies systems to deliver high standards of efficiency and service. The Facility Systems Coordinator will supervise staff to ensure service and maintenance contracts are properly executed and remain in compliance with contracts and plans; establish benchmarks for measuring and standardizing service quality features; and deliver cost-savings in service and maintenance. In addition, you will create, maintain, consolidate building information, equipment and drawings; distribute facilities data and equipment lists by site; monitor energy costs and consumption; implement and supervise building automation technologies; coordinate, maintain and monitor various facility services; produce associated compliance and inspection reports; coordinate contractor services; dispose of identified and obsolete depreciated assets; coordinate hazardous waste disposal for identified sites and assume other duties as assigned.

You must possess a valid Ontario Class "G" Driver's License and have access to a vehicle for use on corporate business (mileage compensated). You will be required to provide proof of vehicle insurance upon hire.
